Working principle

X-rays refer to electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths ranging from 0.01 to 10nm, and each element's atom has its characteristic X-ray spectrum.In the XRF analyzer, a controlled X-ray source emits X-rays to irradiate the tested object, and a portion of the shell electrons of the atom generate stimulated radiation, releasing X-ray fluorescence photons that characterize the characteristics of the element. The detector captures and generates an electrical signal, which is amplified, filtered, AD converted, and digital signal processed to form spectral information. The spectral information is processed using a specific algorithm to calculate the concentration of the element.
